岗位职责：
        1.按照控制计划对产品过程进行检验审核，检查生产线的工艺纪律（首件检查，不合格品标识，零部件异常处理，生产线QRQC，QCDM板，设备日常维护，维修记录，SPC，其他规定的检查记录，是否遵守标准操作）；
        2.统计每个生产过程的质量记录，及质量数据的输入（质量报表、报废数据、其它数据）；
        3.跟踪记录验证产品的质量情况；
        4.跟踪新设备的验收工作；
        5.协助质量工程师处理生产线发生的质量问题（供应商质量，生产线质量，客户质量）；
        6.协助质量工程师改善生产线不良，降低报废；
        7.协助质量工程师跟踪生产线标准实施；
        8.协助质量工程师跟踪改善行动及时向质量工程师报告潜在的质量风险。
        
        招聘要求：
        1.机械相关专业或行业背景；
        2.能适应12小时2班倒；
        3.能够熟悉运用使用基本的量具（如：游标卡尺、千分尺、角度尺）、测量设备（如：投影仪器）；
        4.有图纸阅读经验，能够读懂产品结构图纸及图纸要求；
        5.熟悉PQC工作检验流程，理解并会运用抽样标准、抽样方法；
        6.了解ISO9000质量体系的基本知识，有较强的品质意识理念；
        7.熟练掌握基本的Office软件文字录入及图表创建、数据分析汇总。
