Responsibilities:
        
        1. Responsible to train six shifts and LJT on standard process or work guide;
        2. Create、Update and Optimize the safety, maintenance process and work guide;
        3. Participate in network activity in Global HBW ;
        4. Test and Verify the global improvement to ensure the alignment on best practice and global standards;
        5. Support the introduction and implementation of new technology in HBW
        6. Support the PM and CM if necessary
        7. Support manager in crucial tasks
        
        Do you have what it takes?
        - College education, higher is an advantage
        - Major in mechatronic or mechanical automation
        - Min. 3 years maintenance experience working in international company
        - Good communication skills and team-work spirit and positive working attitude and accountability - Good analytical skills –
         Have proved training skills or potential skills to be a qualified trainer
        -English communication skill is preferred.
